Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the site caporive.com and the services provided by Caporive S.A.S., a collective financing (real estate crowdlending) platform authorised by the National Securities Commission of Argentina.
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
Caporive facilitates the connection between investors and real estate developers. The platform is not a banking institution nor an investment advisor; its services fall within the scope of Law 27,349 and CNV General Resolution 717/2018 and its amendments.
3. Eligibility
To invest through the platform you must be of legal age, reside in Argentina or in an eligible jurisdiction, and pass identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (UIF) processes.
4. Risks
Every investment involves risk, including possible partial or total loss of capital. Published projects are not guaranteed by the State or any bank. Read each project prospectus carefully before investing.
5. Fees
Caporive charges a fee on originated capital (up to 3%) and a success fee on generated returns (up to 15%). Specific details are provided in each project sheet.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and developments published on the site are the property of Caporive S.A.S. or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.
7. Limitation of liability
Caporive shall not be liable for the final return of the projects nor for force majeure events. Its role is limited to the operation of the platform within the applicable regulatory framework.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
9. Amendments
Caporive may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying changes on the site with fifteen (15) days' notice.
