Privacy Policy
At Caporive S.A.S. ('Caporive', 'we') we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Caporive S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71749821-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 456, floor 12, C1043AAR — Buenos Aires, Argentina. Database registered with the AAIP under No. RNBD-138,472.
2. Data we collect
We collect first and last name, email address, phone number and technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited). For investors we also collect tax ID, proof of address and banking details required for the deposit and pay-out circuits.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to: manage your newsletter subscription, send you investment opportunities, operate the crowdlending platform, comply with regulatory obligations before CNV, UIF and AFIP, prevent fraud and improve the site experience.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Argentine financial sector.
5. Retention
Subscriber data is retained until you request its removal. Investor data is retained for ten (10) years from the last transaction, as required by Law 25,246 and its amendments.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data with technology infrastructure providers, external auditors, participating banks and regulatory bodies when required (CNV, UIF, AFIP, judicial authorities).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to its processing for marketing purposes. Exercise it by writing to privacy@caporive.com. You may also file a claim with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures aligned with ISO 27001, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, periodic audits and incident response protocols.
